Well-known amongst the sailing community, historic Chart House is the only rental property situated across from the Portsmouth Olympic Harbour, home of CORK (Canadian Olympic Regatta Kingston).
There is an inviting feel to this historic heritage home. Built in 1848 for William Patterson, a brewer and the owner of Portsmouth Brewery, Chart House has a cozy living room with a TV. A separate dining room, kitchen and backyard deck provide ample space for large sailing teams to cook and eat together.
The second floor has four bedrooms and a large deck. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower and bathroom. Bedroom one and two have a double and a twin bed. The master bedroom and the fourth bedroom each have a queen size bed and share a large main bathroom. The fifth bedroom located on the ground floor has a double bed and faces the backyard. The Chart House can easily accommodate up to 12 sailors. In addition, the basement has 2 twin beds should the larger sailing teams require additional beds.
A gas BBQ, free washer and dryer and WiFi are available for use.
Chart House can easily accommodate large sailing teams during regattas and training sessions.
Fenced-in backyard provides ample secure space for storing sailing gear. Parking for 4 cars is available.
